Blueberry Crumb Party Coffee Cake

This week the Alpha Bakers are baking  Blueberry Crumb Party Coffee Cake ...This desert is a winner indeed.!😉
This is a blueberry version of Rose's all-time best coffee cake, reconfigured to bake in a larger rectangular cake pan for easy serving to feed a crowed or invite family over 😉 it is an ideal summer holiday dessert and with a couple of scoops of ice cream and a nice cup of coffee...
I will absolutely be making this yummy Blueberry Crumb Party Coffee Cake again! , it's absolutely amazing delicious desert  indeed and is tender! I added  more blueberry too...
HAPPY CANADA DAY LONG WEEKEND TO ALL!
HAPPY 4th OF JULY TO ALL OF THE ALPHA BAKERS !!

                 Absolutely Beautiful!
Simply delicious...
Yummy with vanilla ice-cream on the side and forget about the coffee...lol.lol..!!
they are cooled off and cut into 15 square pieces..
now sprinkled on the last part of the crumbs topping and back into the oven to bake for 10-15 more minutes..
after cooling I sprinkled on the first part of the crumbs and blueberries on top...
now I putting on the rest of the batter on the top of the crumb filling and into the oven to bake..
here you cans see that I put 600 grams of batter on the bottom of the pan and sprinkled on the crumb filling on top of the batter..
weight 600 grams of batter for the bottom of the baking pan ..
now mixed in two parts of the egg mixture...
in a stand mixer with a flat beater, mix in the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mixed on low speed  , until smooth...
got all of the ingredients ready for the batter and I all most forgot the sugar....
now it's ready to be put in the fridge for 30 minutes....
the rest in the food processor is for the topping, added the flour, butter, and vanilla..
put aside 1 1/4 cups of crumbs for the filling is ready ...
have all together the ingredients for the crumb filling and topping ready..
have the 13x9 inch baking pan ready with brushed on shorting and placed parchment paper on top , plus dusting of flour and didn't need any baking strips..
Very Yummy indeed!!!

  2. Very nice Rosa! My husband asked for vanilla ice cream and I didn't think to get any but it didn't stop him from having quite a few of these blueberry crumb bars. You are right, it is a good recipe to make again and again.
