Dutch Pecan Sandies

This week the ALPHA BAKERS are baking cookies.
These "flavorful and fragile" cookies are dangerous,  a perfect balance of sugar, spice, and salt that makes you take more than one and then another.
They are a combo of pecans, two flours, clarify butter, sugar and spices , absolutely delicious and would I make these again" yes I would"  but I didn't code them with the sugar mix because I think they are sweet enough as they are , they just melt in your mouth wow!!...P.S. I made a second batch different!!

Absolutely Dangerous Delicious! !
Closer shot!!
Placed the on a cookie plate. ..
Cooling the 30 cookies off...I could not help myself and had two cookies.. Yummy!
I used a 1 1 / 2 ice-cream scoop and Scooped them a on to the two baking sheets and I flatten them a bit  (didn't chill the dough)! !
I did different this stage and put on a plastic clove and kneaded the Doug until smooth ...
Added the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mixed on low for 10 to 15 seconds. ...
Ready.......
In a food processor added the two flours,  pecans, and the cinnamon and until coarsely chopped....
All most fluffy and ready...
In a stand mixer I added the clarify butter and mixed up....
Made the clarify butter a day before. ....
In a bowl of a stand mixer, mixed in the all the sugars, vanilla, and sea salt. ....
YUMMY!!

    1. Thank big sister for your kind words, the cookies have chopped pecans in the mix and the two flours or unbleached all purpose flour and whole wheat..

  2. Lovely! I like the idea of scooping them and not having to chill the dough. Makes these quick and easy!
