Christmas Almond Butter Cookies

These are the kind of cookies you make around Christmas time,  they are so easy to make and when you eat one it just melts in your mouth.....
P.S. I made these ahead of time. ....

This date and Almond cookies are pretty simple to make and are absolutely delicious indeed,  they are great for Christmas time...P. S.  I love dates and almonds , I could stop eating these absolutely delicious cookies. ...Got to makes some more for Christmas......
I noticed that some of the alpha girls that have baked these cookies have had a little problem and thire cookies came out flat.....

 Out of the oven to cool.......
I got the two cookie sheet ready with parchment paper and rubbed on small flour/ bake at 350F for 14 minutes. ..
 Ready to pipe in a 1/2 inch round tip...
Forgot to take a picture of the meringue.......
 Added the meringue on top and folded it in /rose say to beat on low speed until incorporated but I didn't.
 Processed the almonds first then the dates and mixed them together........
 All of the ingredients are ready.....
                                        Yummy!

Christmas Brioche Wreath

This is a stunning brioche recipe is doubled, I made it in a wreath for Christmas or other special occasion and you could add on top with cream cheese glaze or caremal sauce with pecans on top. It is all so great for making Crème Brulee French Toast with leftovers for the next morning. The aroma was driving me crazy, you could smell the aroma out in the hallway of me condo..

 Ready to bake...
 Added 1 cup of hot water in the microwave with the pan ,lossley wrap with plastic , and close the door,microwave off for 1 ½ hours. . .
 made like a wreath and ready for rising...
  Cut It the long way in the middle and twisted...
 Rolling it up and sealed the ends...
 Rolled out to a 20 by 22 round circle and brushed gently the egg and sprinkled the sugar and cinnamon. ....
 Pressed gently down. ...
 Wraped loosely and in the freezer bag and in the fridge for 6 hours. ....
 Second letter fold. ...
 Pressed it down gently again. .
 First letter fold. ...
 Pressed gently down ....
 Double in size. .....
 Ready for rising in microwave, add I cup of hot water, door closed and microwave off...
 Mix the eggs one by one and added the butter a tablespoon at a time , until finished. ...
Made the dough starter ( sponge ) and ađd the fine flour mixture , sprinkle the mixture, and cover with plastic  wrap, refrigerate  overnight...

Cookie Strudel

The tender strudel reminds me of Rugelach , the only difference is that these cookie strudel are long . It's very easy to make....
Next time I'm going to add cream cheese in the middle of the pastry....

After 20 minutes out of the oven and brushed on the cream and sprinkled some cinnamon and chucks of sugar and back to the oven for 20 more minutes. .
 have both ready and slashed , and in to the oven for 20 minutes. ...
Made double and added the pecans and dried currants and cinnamon and mixture on top of the apricot preserve. ..
Rolled out the first part of pastry and spread the apricot preserve. .......
Cut in two parts and wrapped with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. ...
All mixed together. ..
Have the flour, baking powder, butter and sour cream in a bowl ...
Would I made this again " YES "
